TERMS & CONDITIONS

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to our standard terms and conditions. You agree to enter the park and assume any risk associated with your visit. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Umberslade Adventure accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal possessions. Cars are parked at your own risk, we do not accept any responsibility for vehicle loss, damage or accidents.

 

BOOKING & PAYMENT

All online bookings are made on a first come, first served basis, we will limit numbers in line with the capacity of the venue, weather conditions and any government guidance in place at the time.

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Umberslade Adventure and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Umberslade Adventure for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

Bookings for Umberslade Adventure provides access to the car park and self-led activities within the park on the date for which they were purchased. We do not guarantee the availability of activities at all times, which maybe limited or restricted without notice in the event of safety concerns, maintenance or adverse weather conditions.

Bookings for Umberslade Adventure instructor led activities can only be made on arrival and are not guaranteed. Instructor led activities will incur additional costs. We can only accept cash payment for instructor led activities.

Instructor led activities are offered on time slots, on a first come, first served basis and availability is not guaranteed. These activities have minimum age restrictions.

We reserve the right to withdraw or limit an activity at any time. An online booking with Umberslade Adventure does not guarantee availability of instructor led activities.

Bookings for the Amaizing Maze provides access to the car park and the Maze field on a specific date at a specific time and bookings are valid for a maximum of 2 hours. Please arrive on time. Entry can be refused and no refunds given if you are late and miss your specific booking time.

Bookings for Umberslade Adventure does not include entry into the Amaizing Maze and vice versa.

 

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer refunds once tickets are purchased online. Bookings and tickets to Umberslade Adventure Park and the Amaizing Maze are non transferrable. Both attractions need separate bookings. No refunds will be given once we have accepted your booking.

Umberslade Adventure is open in most weather conditions and will seldom close due to rain. However, the management team at their discretion may close the Adventure Park if it is deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions. Please always check the website (www.umbersladeadventure.com) and our social media channels for announcements prior to your visit and monitor local weather conditions and forecasts.

The Amaizing Maze may close in the event of prolonged rain due to it being on agriculture land. The paths may become slippery and represent a health and safety hazard. In these circumstances we will update our web site and social media channels stating its closure. Whilst refunds can’t be given you will be able to transfer the date of your booking.

 

PRICES

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

 

LIMITATION LIABILITY

Umberslade Adventure total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation of any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Umberslade Adventure will not be liable in any amount of failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and communication outages, fire, flood, or act of God.
