Winter Woodland Walks operating hours 10-3pm on Friday-Sundays from 29th November 2024 - please check booking system for available dates. Please note that whilst the cafe & the playgrounds will be open, there will not be any instructor guided activities available.

Our spring & summer opening hours are 10am until 5pm 

(please note that on some Saturdays we may close earlier at 4pm due to events in the evening)

Your booking allows entry to the Adventure Park for the whole day and the use of the self guided activities.

Instructor guided activities can only be booked once you arrive in the park and will incur additional costs.

Please note that instructor guided activities are offered on a first come first served basis and are booked on a time slot with reception.

These activities normally operate from 10:30am until 4:00pm but we reserve the right to close these activities completely or close them early in the case of bad weather, staff sickness or limited bookings.

No, we do not charge for car parking. All cars are parked at your own risk, we do not accept any liability for any vehicle loss, damage or accidents.  

Our beautiful Deer Wood Lodge is open daily for refreshments across public opening times. Serving hot and cold food, drinks and snacks.

Our onsite catering team look forward to welcoming you.

We have separate Female & Male toilet blocks onsite both of which have baby changing facilities and shower facilities for those camping with us.

During our normal general public opening dates when the park is fully operational we don't allow dogs with the exception of assistance dogs, guide dogs and hearing dogs.

During our Winter Woodland Walk season, our four legged friends are welcome to join in the fun.

Winter Woodland Walk bookings include access to the self guided playgrounds. Instructor guided activities will be closed and not available.

The below information relates to our standard General Public Day Admission date bookings only.

Your booking for the Adventure Park includes entry for the whole day and access to all self guided activities.which includes: Commando Course, Low Ropes Course, Zip Line (50m), Den Building Area, Orienteering, Nature Trail & Tots Tree House & Toddlers Play Area. 

Instructor guided activities consisting of Zip Line, Tree Climbing & Archery will incur an additional cost & can only be booked on arrival. These activities are offered on a first come, first served basis and offered on specific time slots.

We reserve the right to close instructor guided activities if the park is quiet, or in the case of staff absences or if bookings are quiet.

The Adventure Park remains open come rain or shine. Some instructor led activities may close or be limited during heavy rainfall.

Always check the weather forecast on the day of your visit. 

Refunds will not be offered should you decide not to visit due to rain unless on the rare occasion that we do decide to close.

We do not issue refunds. In the event of forced Park closure due to weather conditions you will be contacted by email and offered options.

Most pushchairs are suitable in the park although some buggies may struggle in certain area's. The grounds consist of grass and woodchip areas.

Wheelchairs and or mobility scooters can usually access the majority of the site, which consists of grass and woodchip areas.

Adventure by Night allows you to enjoy the summer evenings in the woods, where music, live entertainment and the adventure playgrounds are free to explore. A family night out where children can play, be entertained and everyone can have some fun.

Food will be available to buy and we also have a fully stock licensed bar on-site.
